Orders & Delivery

Orders To place your order, please select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your basket before completing your order. If the products are available, you will receive an automatic e-mail with information regarding the preparation of your order. You'll be informed about the status and you will get an email confirmation on the address indicated in your account details. 

Payments methods We accept PayPal, which is safe and easy to use. You can also pay If via Bank Deposit. We will send you an invoice proforma and all the necessary bank data. If you have any difficulties, please contact us.

Currency All our prices are in euros (€). The prices of the products are as specified on our website (vat included) and we reserve the right to modify these at any time. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.

Shipping We ship worldwide. Shipping is charged at a cost, as it appears on your order. You will be required to sign for your order, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it. We take great care in packaging to assure that shipments arrive damage free.

Duties & Taxes All orders include VAT. Please note that if your order is being shipped outside the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Delivery Ordered items will be shipped within 1-5 business days (if nothing else is stated in the product's information text). It normally takes up to 7-10 working days for the package to reach it's destination. Please note that international orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered. Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order. We ship orders using Slovenian postal service and GLS, depending on size and weight of the package. You will have to sign for your package, so please make sure you will be able to receive it. 

Returns & Exchanges If you are not happy with the purchase please do get in touch immediately.You must immediately inform us by sending an e-mail to hello@littleotja.com in order for us to be able to fix the problem properly as soon as possible. 

Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item.

We will not accept the return of any products if the item has undergone some damage, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until the return. You have 14 working days to return the product you have purchased.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@littleotja.com.

Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
