Roman Chamomile is a perennial, low‑growing, creeping herb with charming daisy‑like flowers and a sweet, fruity scent. It’s widely grown for herbal infusions and medicinal uses, and also makes an attractive ground cover in gardens or pots.

Composition: Approx. 700 open‑pollinated, non‑hybrid, GMO‑free Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis) seeds.
Plant size: Height about 30 cm, width about 20 cm per plant.
Growth habit: Perennial, small creeping herb with daisy‑like white and yellow flowers.
Sowing: Outdoor sowing from April–June or September–October; no indoor sowing required.
Germination & Harvesting: Germination in 10–15 days; flowers ready in 40–60 days.
Spacing: Sow seeds 3–5 cm apart at 0.5 cm depth; thin to 10–20 cm between plants.
Soil & Light: Full sun to partial shade with well‑drained, light, moist soil.
Watering: Regular watering, allowing soil to dry slightly between waterings.
Benefits: Resistant to drought, excellent ground cover, attracts bees and butterflies, promotes nearby plant health.
Harvesting: Pick flowers in full bloom early in the morning and dry in a warm, ventilated place.
